We offer a variety of classes designed for full-body toning to keep you motivated and challenged.

Yoga Sculpt

YOGA INSPIRED — HIGH-INTENSITY STRENGTH TRAINING — 28°C

Get ready to SWEAT & feel INCREDIBLE! Yoga Sculpt provides a full-body workout that not only enhances your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness (typical benefits of traditional yoga) but also tones muscles and increases cardiovascular endurance. We achieve this by incorporating weights and cardio into yoga flows, but don't worry there is pumping music to keep you going! The room is heated to 28°C using infrared heating panels to keep your muscles warm and heart rate high.

XFormer

A comprehensive full body workout that will make your muscles shake as they sculpt, your core will strengthen to provide stability and heart rate will stay elevated as you move slowly. Think traditional pilates techniques with strength training for an ultra-efficient workout. We burnout each muscle group at a slow and controlled pace. After just one class you'll feel the positive impact on your body — abs on fire for days after!

As intense as classes are, the SRT (Slow Resistance Training) method is low-impact and gentle on your joints, making classes accessible to all levels.

Yoga Flow & Stretch

YOGA INSPIRED — STRETCH FOCUS — 28°C

Feeling sluggish from the daily grind? Give your body what it's craving — movement & recovery! Starting with a flow to warm up, elongate and strengthen your muscles before settling into deep stretches. Our heated Yoga Flow & Stretch class is dedicated to stretching and elongating your muscles. Music and heat will help your mind to stay present, ensuring you get the most out of your practice.

Flow & Stretch sessions are hosted in the evening, helping you end your day in the best possible way!
