STUDIO MANAGER

We are seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead our growing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. If you love Flowcore as much as we do, we want you!!

Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations, ensuring smooth delivery of classes and high-quality customer service

• Lead, train, roster, and supervise instructors and support staff

• Develop and implement strategies to grow memberships and achieve sales targets

• Manage client relationships, handle feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience

• Prepare and monitor budgets, oversee financial reporting, and manage supplier contracts

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, events, and community partnerships

• Formulate and implement purchasing and pricing policies for retail and services (merchandise, class pass pricing, membership packages)

• Determine product and service mix, set and monitor stock levels and service standards for studio retail (merchandise and equipment)

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

• Create an amazing experience for all customers

Skills and Experience

• Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Business, Management, Fitness, or a related field, OR at least 3+ years of relevant management experience

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience

• Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the fitness, hospitality, or retail sector will be highly regarded

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent role (38 hours per week)

• Salary: AUD $76,515 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation (negotiable based on experience)

• Location: Manly, NSW
